New Century Software has implemented an online support system designed to resolve any technical issues with our pipeline GIS applications as quickly as possible. Within this system, clients can:

  • Submit a support request
  • Track the progress on open requests
  • Communicate with our support and development teams
  • View a history of the resolutions provided on past support tickets
  • Search our knowledge base for answers to commonly asked questions

A username and password to access the system can be obtained by calling

Telephone support is also available by calling (970) 267-2019 weekdays from 8AM to 5PM (Mountain Time).
